I'd like to compare his speaking with Brian's but hardly can understand a word. My English listening skills sucks, I feel like a deaf fool

yeah...that's the first time I realized that Stef's voice could be that high-pitch, in previous interviews he always tended to speak in a lower voice and a slower pace.

PLACEBO have confirmed that the second singles to be taken from their new studio album Battle For The Sun will be ‘The Never–Ending Why’, which will be released in the UK & Norway on the 14th September, and ‘Ashtray Heart’, for the remaining countries in Europe and the Rest of the World released on the 21st September.

PLACEBO POSTPONE NORTH AMERICAN TOUR

PLACEBO have today announced they have been forced to postpone their
forthcoming tour of North America after their lead singer, Brian Molko,
collapsed on stage at Summer Sonic Festival in Osaka, Japan.
Brian had picked up a virus in Asia which, coupled with jet lag and exhaustion,
caused the problem after the first song.

Brian is now back home in London recovering, but has been ordered by his
doctors to take a 6 week long period of rest. Regrettably therefore, the
band and management have no option but to postpone the forthcoming North
American tour.

Riverman Management commented, "This is pretty
devastating for everyone - we've only ever cancelled 3 shows in
Placebo's 14 year history, however Brian's health is paramount. Our
sincere apologies go out to Placebo's loyal American fans who have
waited a long time to see the band. We will try and do everything to
re-arrange the dates as soon as possible".

The band have had an intensive worldwide schedule this year, promoting
their 6th studio album 'Battle for the Sun', this includes 24 high
profile festival performances over the summer, an unprecedented amount
for any band in 2009.

Tickets can be refunded at the point of purchase.

I feel crappy after reading this...i feel really sry for both Brian and the American fans...what a pity. it feels super sad for that Depeche Mode just cancelled some shows a couple of days ago cuz Dave got some similar suggestion from his doctor, now it's Brian's turn...that means he's not being PERFECTLY well in Hungary.

but maybe the two of them, Dave and Brian can have a holiday for recovering together...that'd be nice. Kidding...

Truly, he shouldn't have being on stage Saturday in Hungry, it's not worth it, just to not disappoint people he could faint again.
Does this meam Reading is cancelled, it should be , it usually gets shown on UK tv , I wouldn't be able to watch it now anyway , knowing he's feeling ill, and pushing himself to the limit, waiting for it to end,just hope he rests instead, it's just one more bloody concert !

I knew that information, I just didn't remember it'll be today. Oh, I'm still on holiday. Don't know the date, or anything.

And now I'm waiting for The Never-Ending Why and better quality versions!

Btw, as I couldn't buy Battle For The Sun in Serbia, I bought it few days ago in Croatia.
