I'll start with:

ok..I'm not realy good at interpretations cuz I usualy say either the obvious meaning or a meaning that sounds logical but has no logic at all so here I go:

past scars that never heal..could be translated by:"whiping wounds that never heal" I think...

I interpret it as - did you forget to take your meds?
