Digital 'Covers' release

To coincide with the one-off London show on 5th March, the band will release an exclusive i-Tunes only download album of covers, entitled: ‘Covers’.

It will feature a selection of 10 covers from throughout their career, which were previously only available on 2003’s ‘Sleeping With Ghosts’ limited edition bonus disc.

This release follows the huge digital download demand for their cover of Kate Bush’s ‘Running Up That Hill’, after it recently appeared in The O.C. It will be available to download from i-Tunes from 5th March. The tracklisting is:

-Where Is My Mind
-Bigmouth Strikes Again
-Johnny and Mary
-20th Century Boy
-The Ballad of Melody Nelson
-Holocaust
-I Feel You
-Daddy Cool
-Jackie

Placebo have had to cancel the show tomorrow night (April 25th) in Sacramento, Harlows Night Club due to a recurrence of Brian Molko's bronchitis. It's unfortunately the second show Placebo have had to cancel on this tour through illness. Doctor has advised that Brian should be fit after a couple of days rest to play in Las Vegas on THursday (26th April) , Tempe, Marquee Theatre (27th April) and finish their US tour at Coachella on Sunday (29th)




Poor Bri.

Hope they will be able to re-organize those shows and that he won't get sick again....
